Who or what is Boekinplank?

Boekinplank is a Dutch brand in design and interior objects, founded in 2023. We are a design studio and manufacturer of contemporary sustainable (utility and design) objects that we hope will make you happy. Simple as that. Our team develops products independently, or in collaboration with other designers and creatives.

 

Where is Boekinplank located?

Boekinplank is an initiative of Jeroen Konings Producties based in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. You can find us here:

When will I receive my order?

How quickly we can ship your order depends on whether the item is in stock, or whether it is custom-made for you. We try to inform you about this with each individual item. The shipping time of (inter)national deliveries may vary. We do erverything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. You will receive a Track and Trace code of the shipment after we ship your order.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary per product and depend on size, weight and shipping address. In the online store, you will see the shipping costs listed for each item. Of course, we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

 

Can I return a product?

You can return your purchase within 14 days after having received itt. To do so, send an e-mail to info@jeroenkonings.nl stating that you want to make a return. Put the item you want to return in its original packaging, add the packing slip, make sure it is well packaged and send it to:

How long can I return my order?

The period to register the package for a return is 14 days. After that, you have 14 days to return the package. The return period starts on the day you receive the product. Boekinplank will take back the product provided that it is not damaged and the original packaging is still intact.

 

What is the return address?

Do you want to return your order? Please send a message to info@jeroenkonings.nl  first to receive your return number.

How can I register a return?

You can register your return within 14 days by sending an email to info@jeroenkonings.nl.

 

I don't have packaging to return the package. What should I do now?

Please contact info@jeroenkonings.nl and mention the exact problem. We will do our best to help you. 

 

When can I expect the money in my account?

After we have received the return package and checked its contents, we will refund the amount to your account within 7 working days.

 

What about the return costs?

In the event of a defect, the costs of returning the product will be on us. If you want to return your order for any other reason, the return costs are the consumer’s responsibility.

 

My product is broken. What should I do?

Is your product damaged, does it not function properly or has your product broken down after the exchange period of 14 days has expired? Then we will not exchange the product for you immediately, but we will first assess your request. Send us an email at info@jeroenkonings.nl In this e-mail, write down your order number, indicate which product it concerns and give a clear description of the complaint. Include clear photos of the product, the damage, and the problem. We will contact you as soon as possible.

The warranty period for all our products is 12 months. You can find our warranty conditions under the general terms and conditions.

Order

How do I cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your order? Please send an email with the order number and the cancellation request to info@jeroenkonings.nl as soon as possible. If the package has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order.

Can I get advice on the choice of Boekinplanf products?

But of course! We are happy to help you with all your questions.

Can I also place business orders?

Yes, it is possible to order for business purposes. For these orders, please contact info@jeroenkonings.nl. See also the business page.

How can I tell if a product is in stock?

For products that we have in stock, you will see this clearly stated on the product page. If you want to order a custom Boekinplank product, that product is of course not in stock. We also mention this on the relevant product page. You can find the information on all product pages yourself.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time of our products varies, depending on availability and production time. In general, all products are shipped within 48 hours of placing your order, provided the product is in stock. On the product page of the product, you can find the current stock status.

My order is not complete. What should I do?

Very sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@jeroenkonings.nl. Please mention the order number and the missing part and we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

What is the status of my order?

The status of your order can be found on the tracking page. If you have any questions, please send an email with your order number to info@jeroenkonings.nl and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

When will I receive my order?

Products shipped via parcel services are normally delivered within 3-5 business days. Check the current status of your order on the tracking page. Or send an email with your order number to info@jeroenkonings.nl for more information.

 

Can I choose a delivery moment myself?

Depending on the carrier, it may be possible to choose a delivery time. Do you have a specific delivery moment in mind? Please contact info@jeroenkonings.nl.

 

Which carriers do you deliver with?

We usually deliver with PostNL or DHL. As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with information about which parcel service will deliver your order.

 

Our Products

What materials does Boekinplank use for its products?

To maintain the quality of our products, we provide you with information about each material and give you advice on how to best maintain your product, so that you can enjoy your Bookshelf for a long time. Recommendations can be found on each product page.

How are Boekinplank's products produced?

All our products are made by hand and/or machine in the Netherlands. During the production process, we do our utmost to produce your product to your satisfaction.

 

Is there a product warranty on Boekinplank products?

Do you have product manuals?
